Originally from Guatemala, Walter has devoted his life to walking with immigrant families, mentoring the next generation, and building bridges of hope through discipleship and love.

He serves as Director of Hispanic/Latino Outreach at BLOC Ministries and is the visionary behind the Immigrant Welcome Center – OLA. Through his life, work, and writing, he strives to remind others that there is always hope.
